3. Order Waco Symphony Orchestra (WSO) Sustainer Level or greater from the WSO -
form available online at this site or at www.WacoSymphony.com

4. Make your Belle & Brass and WSC Membership check payable to: Waco Symphony Council

5. Mail your forms to: Waco Symphony Council, P.O. Box 1201, Waco, Texas 76703
